Se trata de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/pescados\/244-acedia.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aced\u00eda<\/a><\/strong>. Este pescado es muy suave, lo que resulta perfecto para ni\u00f1os, personas con est\u00f3magos sensibles, para mantener el colesterol a raya y por si te apetece un plato liviano y de f\u00e1cil digesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hemos pensado que estas <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/pescados\/244-acedia.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aced\u00edas<\/a><\/strong>, las podr\u00edamos hacer al papillote, que resulta ser una t\u00e9cnica muy f\u00e1cil. Y para acompa\u00f1ar unas patatas acompa\u00f1adas con alioli por si te apetece darle un toque especial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para esta receta vas a necesitar: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/pescados\/244-acedia.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aced\u00edas<\/a><\/strong> (dependiendo del tama\u00f1o pueden ser entre 2 o 3 por persona), patatas, un diente de ajo, un huevo, AOVE, media lima, 1 lim\u00f3n, sal y perejil. Para la t\u00e9cnica del papillote tendr\u00e1s que contar solamente con papel de aluminio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para comenzar esta receta primero pon las patatas a hervir y cuando ya las tengas, deber\u00e1s pelarlas, trocearlas en dados irregulares y en un bol mezclarlas con aceite, perejil, sal y, si quieres, puedes a\u00f1adirlas peque\u00f1os trocitos de cebolleta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando tengas las patatas listas, puedes ir precalentando el horno a 180\u00baC porque ahora toca preparar el pescado. Para ello, coge el papel de aluminio, corta una l\u00e1mina y exti\u00e9ndela. En ella tienes que poner aceite bien extendido, rodajas de lim\u00f3n y encima las <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/pescados\/244-acedia.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aced\u00edas<\/a><\/strong> previamente limpias. Cuando tengas esto hecho, cierra el papel debidamente a modo de papillote y al horno durante 10 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras tus <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/pescados\/244-acedia.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aced\u00edas<\/a><\/strong> se est\u00e1n haciendo, puedes preparar el alioli.
