Hoy te cuento c\u00f3mo prepararla al horno con un toque c\u00edtrico y arom\u00e1tico que la eleva sin robarle protagonismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes para dos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>4 aced\u00edas frescas (las tienes <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/pescados\/244-acedia.html\">aqu\u00ed en Pescader\u00eda Palacio<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 naranja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de miel suave<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unas ramitas de tomillo fresco (o seco, si es lo que hay)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal gorda y pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paso a paso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Precalienta el horno<\/strong> a 200 \u00baC. As\u00ed, cuando las aced\u00edas entren, el calor har\u00e1 su magia enseguida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Limpia el pescado<\/strong> si no lo han hecho por ti en la pescader\u00eda. Solo necesitas quitarle la tripa y darle un enjuague r\u00e1pido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol, <strong>mezcla el zumo de media naranja y medio lim\u00f3n<\/strong> con la miel, el aceite, sal, pimienta y las hojas de tomillo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coloca las aced\u00edas en una fuente de horno forrada con papel vegetal. <strong>P\u00edntalas con la mezcla<\/strong> por ambos lados, sin miedo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Decora con unas rodajas finas de los c\u00edtricos<\/strong> y mete la bandeja al horno unos 12 a 15 minutos.
