{"id":191,"date":"2023-11-06T15:24:17","date_gmt":"2023-11-06T15:24:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/blog\/?p=191"},"modified":"2023-11-06T15:24:18","modified_gmt":"2023-11-06T15:24:18","slug":"bonito-en-escabeche","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/blog\/bonito-en-escabeche\/","title":{"rendered":"Bonito en escabeche"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>escabeche<\/strong> es una elaboraci\u00f3n sencilla que se puede comer en fr\u00edo o en caliente, que se puede usar como conserva y que permite muchas m\u00e1s elaboraciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En esta receta lo vamos a elaborar junto con <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/pescados\/137-bonito.html\">bonito<\/a><\/strong>, por lo que para elaborarla necesitas adem\u00e1s de este pescado, cebolla, zanahoria, granos de pimienta negra, vinagre, aove y laurel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pide en tu <strong>pescader\u00eda<\/strong> favorita <strong>4 <a href=\"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/pescados\/137-bonito.html\">lomos de bonito<\/a> limpios<\/strong> para evitar que queden restos de piel y espinas. M\u00e1s tarde, pon el bonito a remojos con agua y hielo para que suelte toda la sangre. Deber\u00e1 estar as\u00ed durante una hora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras esto, seca los <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/pescados\/137-bonito.html\">lomos de bonito<\/a><\/strong> y fr\u00edelos en una sart\u00e9n por ambos lados, no m\u00e1s de 5 minutos y res\u00e9rvalos para despu\u00e9s. Usa ese mismo aceite para saltear la zanahoria en rodajas y la cebolla en juliana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En otra sart\u00e9n, o cacerola, pon aceite y a\u00f1ade los ajos, los granos de pimienta, el laurel y la zanahoria y la cebolla salteada. Tambi\u00e9n a\u00f1ade el romero y el tomillo para cocinar todo a fuego muy suave durante 10 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras esto a\u00f1ade los <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/pescados\/137-bonito.html\">lomos de bonito<\/a><\/strong>, y echa el agua y el vinagre sin llegar a cubrir los lomos y cocina a fuego lento hasta 10 minutos y tras esto ret\u00edralo y deja enfriar. Si quieres que este sabor est\u00e9 potenciado, cons\u00famelo d\u00edas despu\u00e9s.
