Pues prep\u00e1ralas tu mismo\/a y disfruta de este cl\u00e1sico del verano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nosotros aconsejamos que las hagas enteras para potenciar su sabor, adem\u00e1s, al no abrirlas conservan mucho mejor su humedad y eso se traduce en una carne m\u00e1s jugosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, limpiarlas es tambi\u00e9n muy buena opci\u00f3n, no tendr\u00e1 ese sabor tan potente a mar, pero hay muchas personas que as\u00ed lo prefieren, y tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n muy ricas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para hacer las sardinas a la plancha tu mismo\/a solo vas a necesitar las <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/pescados\/211-sardina-gr.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sardinas<\/a><\/strong> que, si las quieres limpias, pide en tu<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> pescader\u00eda<\/a><\/strong> de confianza que hagan esta tarea, sal gorda, medio lim\u00f3n y aove. La cantidad de las <strong>sardinas<\/strong> depende de los comensales, siendo ideal unos 250 o 300 gr por persona aproximadamente o 4 unidades por persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de hacer las <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/pescados\/211-sardina-gr.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sardinas<\/a><\/strong>, d\u00e9jalas en reposo una hora o dos con sal gorda por encima para que cojan ese punto salado. Despu\u00e9s retira el exceso de sal que tengan por encima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calienta tu sart\u00e9n con aceite oliva virgen extra. Y echa de nuevo sal por la sart\u00e9n. No se pasar\u00e1n de saladas.
