Con tan solo 4 ingredientes, conseguir\u00e1s un plato de pasta que querr\u00e1s repetir siempre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son esos ingredientes?: espaguetis (u otra pasta como tallarines), 150g de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/mariscos\/178-gamba-planca.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gambas<\/a><\/strong>, unos dientes de ajo, una guindilla, AOVE, sal y perejil fresco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo primero de todo es cocer la pasta para que quede al dente. Antes de esto, recomendamos que limpies las <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/mariscos\/178-gamba-planca.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gambas<\/a><\/strong> quit\u00e1ndoles el cuerpo y la cabeza y con estos restos hagas un peque\u00f1o caldo para a\u00f1adir a la cocci\u00f3n de la pasta y que as\u00ed coja previamente el sabor del <strong>marisco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando la pasta est\u00e9 cociendo, pon en una sart\u00e9n o una fuente de barro aceite de oliva virgen extra y dora los ajos cortados en l\u00e1minas para dorarlos, a\u00f1ade tambi\u00e9n la guindilla. Una vez se doren los ajos, a\u00f1ade las <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/mariscos\/178-gamba-planca.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gambas<\/a><\/strong> para que se hagan en los jugos del aceite con el ajo y la guindilla. Puedes apagar el fuego y tapar la sart\u00e9n o la fuente de barro para que la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/mariscos\/178-gamba-planca.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gamba<\/a><\/strong> termine de hacerse con ese calor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saca la pasta en su punto al dente, esc\u00farrela y ponla en una bandeja, bol o plato. Cuando las <a href=\"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/mariscos\/178-gamba-planca.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>gambas<\/strong> <\/a>est\u00e9n listas, vi\u00e9rtelas junto con el aceite, el ajo y la guindilla, sobre los espaguetis, echa sal y mu\u00e9velo bien para que toda la pasta se impregne con todo ese guiso que le dar\u00e1 un sabor espectacular. Al final, puedes echar un poco de perejil fresco sobre todos los ingredientes.
