Es un pescado de f\u00e1cil digesti\u00f3n con una carne suave y semigrasa que puede ser m\u00e1s blanca o m\u00e1s rosada si es un ejemplar asalmonado. Pescado cardiosaludable y nutritivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo vamos a prepararla hoy?: horneada, rellena de jam\u00f3n y acompa\u00f1ada de patatas panadera. Te contamos los ingredientes: una <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/pescados\/214-trucha.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">trucha<\/a><\/strong> por comensal podr\u00eda estar bien, jam\u00f3n serrano (dos lonchas por cada trucha), 3 patatas, media cebolla, sal, AOVE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando compres las <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/pescados\/214-trucha.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">truchas<\/a><\/strong>, pide a tu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pescader\u00eda<\/a><\/strong> de confianza que las deje limpias y quite su espina central para abrirlas por el lomo y poder rellenarlas evitando las espinas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de rellenar las <strong>truchas<\/strong>, corta las patatas en panadera y la cebolla en juliana mientras precalientes el horno a 150\u00baC \u2013 175\u00baC. Pon las patatas y la cebolla en una fuente apta para horno y \u00e9chales aceite de oliva virgen extra y un poco de sal. Horn\u00e9alas durante media hora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras las patatas se hacen, prepara la <strong>trucha<\/strong> porque luego tambi\u00e9n ir\u00e1 al horno con las patatas. Repasa las truchas por si le quedado alguna espina. Echa sal dentro de la <strong>trucha<\/strong>, pero no mucho porque el jam\u00f3n ya le da ese toque salado. Si quieres, tambi\u00e9n puedes poner pimienta. Introduce dos lonchas de jam\u00f3n por cada trucha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuanto haya pasado media hora desde que metiste las patatas con la cebolla, saca la bandeja y pon encima el pescado para que se haga todo junto. Deber\u00e1 hornease todo junto unos 20 \u2013 25 minutos m\u00e1s. No olvides echar un poco de aceite por encima de nuevo. Hay quienes hacen un majado de aceite, ajo y perejil y lo echan por encima del pescado justo a la mitad del tiempo de este ultimo golpe de horno. Lo dejamos a vuestra elecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pasado el tiempo de horneado, saca tu bandeja del horno y ya estar\u00eda, ya pod\u00e9is disfrutar de estas magnificas <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pescaderiapalacio.es\/pescados\/214-trucha.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">truchas<\/a><\/strong> rellenas de jam\u00f3n. Eso s\u00ed, m\u00e1s vale comerlas en cuanto salen del horno.
